All blankets and wraps are provided by me, I will bring my beanbag and portable heater to keep your baby cosy while we take their portraits.

Your session booking fee is due at time of booking to secure your date. After your session you will be delivered your gallery with 50-80 images to select your image package that is sold separately. All packages include high resolution digital downloads.

newborn Lifestyle

My lifestyle shoots are a mixture of documentation and gently posed shots of you and your baby around your home.

My style is very simple, capturing you and your baby just as you are in your newborn bubble. I focus on all those tiny little details about your baby that you never want to forget, like those little wrinkles on their feet, the fuzz on their back, or the way their tiny fingers squeeze yours, so tightly.

You can expect your newborn lifestyle session to take between 1-2 hours depending on how settled your baby is. On average we can usually expect to be all done after about 1 hour. But as always, I just go with the flow and let your baby lead the session. If siblings are involved, I will generally focus on parent and baby portraits first until your toddler warms up and wants to be involved.

I have a selection of luxe dresses for mums and knitted rompers for baby that you are welcome to use for your session. All blankets and wraps are provided by me.

 FAQs

 

  • the best time to capture your little one is with in the first three weeks of life. Babies are the most flexible and sleepy during their first three weeks making for a smoother newborn session.

  • The best time to book is in your second trimester. I only offer 5 newborn spots a month.

  • I offer an add on Maternity session for $300. This includes a 30 minute session, access to the client closet and 10 digital downloads.

  • After you have seen your gallery and you simply cannot decide on just 10 images - you are welcome to upgrade your package.

  • When booking your package, add ‘easy payment plan’ to your booking and I will divide your payments into 4 or 6 equal payments prior to your session.
