HOW DO WE GET STARTED?ANSWER:
To secure your booking you will require a non refundable 20% deposit due at time of booking your session. I will send you an invoice, your contract and a session questionnaire so I can get to know you better. Once your deposit is received I will confirm your booking date.

WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM OUR SESSION?ANSWER:
I solemnly swear to never ever ask you to ‘say cheese!’ I want to capture you in the moment, loving one another, enjoying one another. My style is very candid. There are no rules! Lets just have fun and you let me do all the hard work!
QUESTION:
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?ANSWER:
I’m a mum, I get it. Sometimes things come up out of our control. I will always do my best to reschedule your session within a 4 week time frame. Each client may reschedule up to 2 times. After rescheduling your session twice, you will be charged another 20% deposit fee. If you choose to cancel - your booking fee is non-refundable but special circumstances will always be considered.
QUESTION:
WHAT IF IT’S RAINING DURING OUR SESSION TIME?ANSWER:
I shoot outdoor sessions at golden hour, but I don’t shoot in heavy rain or torrential wind - so I’ll make a call on the session day about rescheduling the session if the rain has set in. We can reschedule the session to the next available date or we can switch to an in-home session. This reschedule will not go against your reschedule record.

WHAT IF WE just can't decide ?ANSWER:
When I deliver your gallery, you will have a large gallery of water marked images to select your allocated downloads from. If you simply cannot decide, or you wish to purchase extra - I offer gallery upgrades up to $250
